Initial Training and Ongoing Support

Initial franchise owner training is two weeks in duration and is held at our headquarters in Kennett Square, PA periodically throughout the year. During this time, the IKOR corporate staff will train the franchise owner and their first nurse before launching business operations.

Soon after the initial training, an IKOR Business Coach will visit your location to make sure the business starts off on the right foot.  IKOR business coaches are trained to help with all aspects of your business – marketing, training, HR issues and operational issues. Coaches will also schedule weekly one- on-one calls with each franchise owner.

TrainingSupport3-340IKOR works with franchise owners to obtain their CSA (Certified Senior Advisor) designation and their National Certified Guardian (NCG) certificate as soon as possible during the startup phase. IKOR also hosts frequent webinars for all franchise owners and staff, in addition to an annual meeting. Additional webinars are also offered specifically for IKOR nurses.
